You cancel a pending invitation from the Team page in CleanSlot. Pending invitations are listed in the Pending invitations section; each row has a Cancel button. Only owners see and can cancel pending invitations.
Where to cancel a pending invitation in CleanSlot
- In the sidebar, under Business, click Team.
- If you have sent any invites that have not been accepted yet, they appear in the Pending invitations table (below Team members).
How to cancel a pending invitation
- In Pending invitations, find the row for the email you want to cancel.
- Click Cancel in the Actions column for that row.
- The invitation is cancelled. That person can no longer use the invitation link to join the team. The row disappears from the pending list.
If you need to invite them again later, use Invite team member and enter their email as usual. You can cancel multiple pending invitations one at a time.
When to cancel a pending invitation
Cancel when you invited the wrong email, the person is not joining, or you no longer want them on the team. Cancelling keeps your pending list accurate and prevents old invitation links from being used.
