You can control which emails you get from CleanSlot on the Notifications page. Each type has a switch; turn it on or off. Changes save immediately.
Where to find email notification settings
- In the sidebar, go to Account.
- Click Notifications.
Which notifications can you turn on or off?
- New booking. You get an email when a customer books an appointment.
- Product updates. You get emails about product changes or new features.
- Marketing. You get promotional or marketing emails from CleanSlot.
Use the switch next to each type. When the switch is on, you receive that type of email. When it is off, you do not. You do not need to click Save; the setting updates as soon as you toggle.
Why adjust your notification preferences?
Controlling which emails you receive keeps your inbox relevant. If you always check the app for new bookings, you may prefer to turn off the new-booking email to avoid duplicate alerts. Turning off product updates or marketing reduces noise so you only get the messages you care about. You can change these anytime, so it is easy to turn something back on if you miss it.
