You can create an appointment yourself from the Appointments page in CleanSlot using Create appointment. You choose the service, customer details, address, date and time, and price so the appointment appears in your calendar without the customer using the booking page.
Where to find Create appointment in CleanSlot
- Go to Appointments.
- In the sidebar (desktop) or after opening the page (mobile), click Create appointment. The create-appointment form opens.
What to enter when creating an appointment
- Service. Select the service. You can set bedrooms and bathrooms and add-ons if the service uses them; the estimated price updates.
- Customer. Enter Name, Email, and Phone. Email and phone are required.
- Address. Enter street, city, state, and ZIP if the job has an address.
- Date and time. Choose the start date and time for the appointment.
- Price. Use the estimated price or type a different amount.
- Notes. Optionally add customer-facing notes.
- Click the button to create the appointment.
The new appointment appears in your list with status Booked. You can open it from the list and edit or assign staff as needed.
If you do not see Create appointment
Create appointment is shown only to owners. If you are a staff member, you will not see it. You need at least one service set up in Services before you can create an appointment; the dropdown will list your services.
Why create appointments manually?
Manual creation is for jobs booked by phone, in person, or through another channel. You still get one place in CleanSlot for all appointments, reminders, and payments. You can assign staff, change the time or price, and charge the customer later from the same appointment.
