How do I edit the service address for an appointment?

You edit the service address (street, city, state, ZIP) from the appointment details in CleanSlot. Open the appointment, then use Edit in the Address section. Only owners can edit the address.

How to edit the address for an appointment in CleanSlot

1. Go to Appointments and click the appointment (or Details).
2. In the details modal, find the Address section.
3. Click Edit in the Address section header.
4. Enter or change Street, City, State, and ZIP. You can clear all fields to remove the address.
5. Click Save.

If you cancel without saving, the previous address stays. For recurring appointments, you can choose Edit appointment (this occurrence only) or Edit series (this and future occurrences) before saving.

Why edit the service address?

Customers sometimes book with the wrong address or move. Updating the address in CleanSlot keeps your records and any directions or maps correct so staff show up at the right place. Clearing the address is useful when the job has no fixed location.
