How do I filter appointments by status, staff, service, or payment status?

Use the filters on the Appointments page in CleanSlot to show only the appointments you need.

You filter appointments using the Appointments page filters. On desktop they appear in the sidebar next to the list; on mobile, open the filters sheet. Filters work together with the search box and date range.

Where to find appointment filters in CleanSlot

  1. Go to Appointments.
  2. On desktop: the filters are in the sidebar on the right (status checkboxes, Staff dropdown, Payment status, Service).
  3. On mobile: tap the filters control to open the filters sheet, then set your options.

Which filters you can use

  • Hide past appointments. Check this to hide appointments that have already passed. Uncheck to include past appointments.
  • Status. Check one or more: Booked, Completed, Cancelled, Awaiting confirmation. Only appointments with those statuses appear.
  • Staff. Choose All or a specific team member. Only appointments that include that person in the assignment appear (owners only).
  • Payment status. Choose All, Unpaid, Pending, Paid, or other payment states. This applies to completed appointments (owners only).
  • Service. Choose All or a specific service. Only appointments for that service appear.

Change any filter and the list updates immediately. Combine filters (e.g. Completed + Unpaid) to see only completed appointments that still need to be paid.

Why filter appointments?

Filtering lets you focus on what you need: for example, only today’s bookings, only one staff member’s jobs, or only completed appointments that are unpaid so you can charge the customer. You avoid scrolling through the full list and can act on the right appointments quickly.
