How do I invite a team member?

Send an invitation by email from the Team page; choose their role (staff or owner) and they can join after accepting.

You invite a team member from the Team page in CleanSlot by entering their email and choosing a role. Only owners can invite. The person receives an invitation and gains access after they accept.

Where to invite a team member in CleanSlot

  1. In the sidebar, under Business, click Team.
  2. At the top right, click Invite team member.

How to invite a team member

  1. Click Invite team member. A panel opens on the right.
  2. Enter the Email address of the person you want to invite.
  3. Choose Role: Staff or Owner.
    • Staff can work with appointments and day-to-day tasks but cannot change business settings, billing, or team.
    • Owner has full access: business settings, schedule, services, team, and billing. Only invite someone as owner if you trust them with full control.
  4. Click Send invite. The invitation is sent to that email. It appears under Pending invitations until they accept or you cancel it.

If the email is already on the team or has a pending invite, you may see an error; use a different address or cancel the existing invite first.

Why invite team members

Adding staff lets others manage appointments and customers without sharing your login. Choosing the right role (staff vs. owner) keeps access appropriate. You can change roles or remove people later from the same Team page.
