You manage your CleanSlot subscription (payment method, invoices, and cancellation) from the Billing page. A Manage subscription button sends you to the Stripe customer portal, where you can make those changes.
Where to find the Billing page
- In the sidebar, go to Account.
- Click Billing.
How to update your payment method, view invoices, or cancel
- On the Billing page, click Manage subscription.
- You are redirected to the Stripe portal in a new tab.
- In the portal you can:
- Update your payment method (card on file).
- View and download past invoices.
- Cancel your subscription so it does not renew at the next billing date.
When you are done, close the tab and return to the app. Changes in the portal apply to your account immediately.
What you see on the Billing page before opening the portal
The Subscription status section shows your current state:
- Active. You have a paid subscription.
- Free trial. You are in the trial period; the date your trial ends is shown.
- Past due or Unpaid. Payment failed or is overdue; update your payment method in the portal.
- Canceled. Your subscription is canceled; you keep access until the end of the current billing period.
- No active plan. You do not have a subscription; use Choose a plan to subscribe or start a trial.
Why manage your subscription in the Stripe portal?
Stripe is the payment processor that securely stores your card and sends you invoices. Letting you manage everything in the Stripe portal keeps your billing and payment details in one place and ensures you can update your card, download invoices, or cancel even if you are not logged into the app. If your card expires or a charge fails, updating it in the portal restores your subscription so you keep access to CleanSlot without interruption.
