How do I see which appointments still need to be paid?

Filter the Appointments list in CleanSlot by Payment status (e.g. Unpaid) and by status Completed to find jobs that need payment.

You see which appointments still need to be paid by filtering the Appointments list in CleanSlot. Payment status applies to completed appointments, so combine Status: Completed with Payment status: Unpaid (or similar) to get a list of jobs that are done but not yet paid.

How to filter to appointments that need payment in CleanSlot

  1. Go to Appointments.
  2. In the sidebar (desktop) or filters sheet (mobile), set:
    • Status. Check Completed (so you only see finished jobs).
    • Payment status. Choose Unpaid (or Pending if you want to include in-progress payments).
  3. The list updates to show only completed appointments that are not yet paid.

You can also leave payment status on All and look at the Payment column in the table: Unpaid or Pending appears for completed appointments that still need payment. Click Payment on a row to charge or record payment for that appointment.

Who can see payment status

Only owners see the Payment status filter and the Payment column and Payment button. Staff see the appointments list but do not see payment filters or the Payment action. If you are staff and need to know what is unpaid, ask an owner or check with your team.

Why filter by unpaid completed appointments?

Filtering to completed and unpaid lets you run through the list and charge customers or record manual payments without opening every appointment. You keep cash flow in check and avoid forgetting to collect after the job is done.
