The Notification history page in CleanSlot shows emails that were sent to your customers on your behalf. You can see the date, type, recipient, and status (Sent, Pending, or Failed), and you can filter by customer.
Where to find notification history
- In the sidebar, go to Business.
- Click Notification history.
What the notification history table shows
The table lists each notification with:
- Date. When it was sent (or created, if not yet sent).
- Type. The kind of email (for example, booking confirmation, reminder).
- Recipient. The customer’s email address.
- Status. Sent, Pending, or Failed. If a send failed, a short reason may appear.
How to filter notification history by customer
To see only emails for one customer:
- Type at least two characters in the search box (customer name or email).
- Choose a customer from the dropdown.
- The list updates to show only that recipient. Click the X next to the filter to clear it and see all notifications again.
Loading more results
If there are more than one page of results, click Load more at the bottom to fetch the next set.
Why check notification history?
Notification history helps you confirm that customers received the right emails (confirmations, reminders, updates). If a customer says they never got a reminder, you can look up their address and see whether the email was sent or failed. Filtering by recipient makes it easy to review one customer’s notifications when you are troubleshooting or answering a support question.
