How do I set my customer service email?

Set or update the customer service email in Business settings in CleanSlot; it is used as the reply-to for notifications so customers can contact you.

You set your customer service email in the General section of Business settings in CleanSlot. CleanSlot uses this address as the reply-to for notifications (confirmations, reminders, etc.) so when customers reply, the email goes to you. Only owners can edit it.

Where to find the customer service email setting in CleanSlot

  1. In the sidebar, go to Business.
  2. Click Business settings.
  3. In the General card, find Customer service email (with the note that it is used as the reply-to for notifications so customers can contact you).

How to set or change your customer service email

  1. Next to Customer service email, click the pencil icon to edit.
  2. Enter a valid email address (e.g. contact@yourcompany.com).
  3. Click Save. Click Cancel to discard changes.

Use an address you actually monitor. Replies from customers will go to this inbox. You can change it anytime if you switch to a different support or business email.

When to set or update this email

Set it when you first complete setup so all CleanSlot emails come from (or reply to) the right address. Update it when you change your support email or move to a shared inbox so customer replies always reach the right place.
