You set your customer support phone in the General section of Business settings in CleanSlot. This number is shown in notification emails to customers so they can call you if they have questions. Only owners can edit it.
Where to find the customer support phone setting in CleanSlot
- In the sidebar, go to Business.
- Click Business settings.
- In the General card, find Customer support phone (with the note that it is shown in notification emails so customers can contact you).
How to set or change your customer support phone
- Next to Customer support phone, click the pencil icon to edit.
- Enter your phone number (e.g. +1 234 567 8900). You can include spaces or formatting; CleanSlot stores what you enter.
- Click Save. Click Cancel to discard changes.
You can leave it blank if you prefer not to show a phone number in emails. You can change it anytime.
When to set or update this number
Set it when you want customers to be able to call you from the details in their confirmation or reminder emails. Update it when you change your business or support number so the number in CleanSlot’s emails is always correct.
