You can choose a plan or start a free trial from the Upgrade page. If you do not have an active subscription, you can also get there from Billing by clicking Choose a plan.
Where to find the Upgrade page
If you already have a subscription: In the sidebar, go to Account, then Billing. Your current plan is shown there. To change plans, contact support or use the Stripe portal if that option is offered.
If you do not have a subscription:
- In the sidebar, go to Account.
- Click Billing.
- Click Choose a plan.
You can also go directly to Upgrade from the main navigation or from the subscription banner if one is shown (for example, when your trial has ended).
What happens when you choose a plan
- On the Upgrade page you will see the available plan (and pricing, if shown).
- Click Start 14-Day Free Trial.
- You are redirected to Stripe Checkout to enter your payment details and start the trial or subscription.
- After you complete checkout, you are returned to CleanSlot with an active subscription or trial.
You keep access for the length of the trial without being charged. When the trial ends, you are billed automatically unless you cancel before then.
Why upgrade or choose a plan?
An active subscription is required to use CleanSlot to accept and manage bookings. Without a plan, your booking page and in-app scheduling are limited or unavailable. Starting a trial lets you try the product before the first charge. Choosing a plan and keeping your payment method up to date in Billing ensures your service stays active and your customers can keep booking.
