You view all your appointments on the Appointments page in CleanSlot. The list shows date and time, customer, service, staff, status, and payment. You can narrow the list with search and date range.
Where to find the Appointments page in CleanSlot
- In the sidebar, click Appointments (under the main section with Dashboard).
What the appointments list shows
The table (or card list on smaller screens) includes:
- Date and time. When the appointment is scheduled (in your business time zone).
- Customer. Name or email.
- Service. Service name; recurring appointments show a label (e.g. Weekly).
- Staff. Assigned team members, if any.
- Status. Booked, Completed, Cancelled, or Awaiting confirmation.
- Payment. Payment status for completed appointments (e.g. Unpaid, Paid).
- Actions. Details to open the full appointment; Payment for completed appointments (owners only).
How to narrow the list by date
Use the toolbar at the top:
- Search. Type in the search box to filter by customer name or address.
- Quick select. Use the dropdown to choose Today, This week, or This month.
- From and To. Set custom From and To dates to show only appointments in that range.
The list updates as you change search or dates. On desktop, the sidebar also has filters (status, staff, service, payment status); on mobile, open the filters sheet.
Why the Appointments page is your main view
The Appointments page is where you see everything you have booked and manage the day. Use it to find a specific appointment, see what is coming up, or filter to unpaid or completed jobs so you can follow up on payments or scheduling.
