During setup you connect Stripe. All funds go to your Stripe account; we never hold your money. One-time setup of 10-15 minutes.
Choose whether to collect payment methods at intake
Turn payment method collection on or off in your business settings. If enabled, we store the customer's payment method securely with Stripe. No charge until you're done.
Collect payment in 2 clicks
When the job is done, mark the appointment complete and charge the saved card from your dashboard. The payment goes to your Stripe account (we never touch it).
Retry or record manual payment
If a charge fails, retry from the appointment or record that you collected payment manually (cash, check, etc.), or send a request to the customer to update their card.
