Customer requests a repeat schedule
When a customer submits a quote request, they can choose weekly, biweekly, or monthly so you know their preferred cadence up front.
Review the request and confirm pricing
Review the details, contact the customer if needed, and finalize the quote. Once you agree on price and details, convert the request to a recurring appointment, all you need to do is set the frequency during this step.
Future appointments appear in your dashboard
All occurrences show in Appointments. Recurring appointments are labeled (e.g. Weekly or Monthly) so you can see the series at a glance.
Edit one date or the whole series
In the appointment details, choose to edit this occurrence only or this and all future occurrences. Change the time, cancel one visit, or update the series going forward.
